Based on the principles of being fair, right and open, the personnel office has systematically built up complete rules for personnel office. In addition, it highlights cross-cultural communication, group cooperation and knowledge and working efficiency in fulfilling educational goals.

Organization and responsibilities

The personnel office is responsible for appointment, payment, in-service training, hiring for (teacher/ working) positions, attendance, evaluation, awards, appeals, retirement, compensation, welfare and insurance. |
